Since then outside the workplace Michael has continued to treat us with warmth and kindness.

I feel these qualities make him a rarity in the industry. We have sold and bought several houses over the years and for such a young man, found Michael to present with a maturity beyond his years. Michael,
Thank you so much for all you have done in selling my uncles home. We had another agent view the house, and quoted us a sale price of $275,000 - $300,000. They were confident of their ability and would sell it quick however we thought to seek your opinions being local, trusted and independent. Both you and Bob believed a sale would be found quickly but at a price between $340,000 and $350,000.

At first we thought this was such a huge difference and couldn't be correct however after just 3 weeks on the market it has now SOLD and I will add within the original range given.

The help, honesty and caring nature of your office is to be commended. We will surely tell everyone we know who the agent in the area to use is.
