Never thought I could say I was happy with a Real Estate Agent, and I have bought and sold numerous properties! Joel Van Den Bosch was the most sincere agent we had ever met and certainly did his agency justice during our sale of a local home, with his caring attitude towards both us and I believe his vendor. As he showed us around town the number of people who waved from their properties or cars as we passed made him look like a celebrity, but he was in fact just a really nice approachable guy.
